NSC approvals Tracking: Part VI

My case approved...Just now i checked AVM

PD DEC 5th 2001.
I-140 RD & ND DEC 6th 2001
LIN-02-055-54xxx
NSC EB2 RIR has been approved on 29th of JAN 2002.
It was filed for CP under chennai consulate,INDIA.
AVM says that written notification will be mailed within another 14 days to the address specified.

Ravipk and Jonnal please do check ur status and update us.

Congrats ssuresh, I am still waiting for my approval.

Checked last night, no approval yet. I will check again today!!!!

My case was transfered here from on 11/29 and they new nd is 12/12.
 EB3.
TSC RD april 1 ,nd april 19
The above approvals give me hope that my case will be processed shortly....
 
LIN Number, please help

My I140 was filed on Jan 18. My attorney is saying that he has not got the LIN number yet. Please let me know how long it takes to get the LIN number so that I can check the RD using AVM.

Kind of curious. What is this PCC issue.

Is it a Police Clearance sort of a document that some are talking about and how does this affect the I140 adjudication process.
Thought we already have our bags full but, may be I am wrong!!!!

it would be great if you can post your I-140 approval or waiting info, some how people are not active in this forum as they used to be in the Chicago DOL.

AD : Waiting
EB2 RIR. Going for CP in Chennai

Any NSC August I-140 waiters ?

Hi, is there anybody on this forum whose ND is in August and is still waiting for approval ? My I-140 (RD:07/24/01; ND: 08/01/01) is still just pending, no RFEs nothing. Any ideas what could be the problem ?
