NSC approvals Tracking: Part V

hi everybody, i lost my hopes my I-140 filed on 8/03 and still pending

any idea what to do, i tried calling and my attroney says he talked to IIO officer. He says it is approved but he is waiting for offical letter. I asked him how come AVM message still says pending, if it is approved. I am confused. Can anyone help me on this.
Attorney called 8 days back.
If my I-140 approved, is there possible that they missed AVM to update my case status. Please help me out.

how long does it take to enter into the system after the I-140 appl is mailed?.

Let\'s we start tracking how friends are waiting from this month.
 
Jonnal, it took me about a week

after NSC got my application. But it might vary, in another thread I have seen an application put into NSC sytem 2 weeks after he mailed his application.
 
NSC to NVC case transfer for CPers

This forum is for NSC only, You filed ur application at TSC.
I heard that TSC takes like 9 months to process.
Hope this helps... Look into TSC forum.

I was expecting about 60 days, but it is still pending. I don\'t know what is going on.
 
my case transfered from TSC to NSC

On Nov\'29 my 140 case was transfered to NSC and they gave me ND 12/12.
Any guess how long it takes to approve ?

I checked it on the AVM on Dec 18 at 6 pm.

I will be going for I-485 and not CP - don\'t have any H-1 time left, thus need I-485 "protection" to continue to work.
 
I will opt for I-485 (AOS)

I will personally opt for AOS as I do not have H-1 time left and need I-485 submitted to continue working.
