Processing times

Guys,
I talked with one of the INS officer at NSC and asked her about the
processing time and she said like 75 days. There is definately some
mail room delay.

It is definitely much less than 75 days. In my company 4 of us had applied for I-140 around the same week. NSC had a turn around time of 30-45 days for all our petitions. The AVM continued to say it takes 60-75 days for processing. So I am guessing IIO just told what AVM says. But it get processed faster than that.

My R.D is 10/19/01 and i have not received my LIN.how much time does it take for the I-140 approval.
if anybody knows something about this please post it.

Hey, I heard that cases applied on OCT 15th got cleared on Nov 6th.
Looks like they are working much faster..
