BCIS full form makes me laugh. Pray God for smooth sailing through all this BCIS screw ups.

My Brother's Detail are as follows
I140, I485 and I765 ND 1/22/03, EB2-RIR concurrent filing
FP over on 28th Feb 2003

I have filed for my I140, I485 and I765 on Feb 11th. But haven't received any ND. So hanging there with BCIS.

What do you mean by FP over on Feb 28th? Please explain. Also I would like to know how you can find the ND for your application. Thanks in advance.

FP - Finger Print.
ND - Notice Date - The notice you get from INS has ND and RD (Received Date) the details.

Waiting for I-140.
Filed I-485, I-131 and I-765 on 01/18/2003 after getting I-140 receipt.
I am in this country for 12 years. My previous LC was stopped after 3 years wait in IL due to layoff.
Applied all over again on 11/30/2001 in KS.
Hope it clears this time without problems.

Just got the approval hard copy today.

Here is my detail:
PD: Nov. 1999 (got laid off after filed my previous I-140)
ND (on my new I140): Dec. 17, 2002
AP: Mar. 14, 2003 (No RFE)
EB2/Concurrent Filing

My company is a new IT company with only 50 people, so there is no company's tax return available. I filed with my pay stubs and internet copies of my company's funding info. Seemed to be a "shaky" approval, but I got it. Good luck to all the helpers on this forum! We'll get there ...

Status: Still being processed (4 months are over now)

No EAD or AP yet even after 3 months. May be some day......

Hey pchandr,
U better check out with INS or u'r lawyer one of my friends got his I140 approved he had filed it on dec 04 2002 and the approval date was 10 March 2003 I know this 'cause mine was filed a month later i.e Jan 2003. I'm for sure that the by now the INS might has processed I140 till late Dec..
