LCA Substitution

Hi shya2001

I was mistaken. Its LCA substitution.

I-140 - R/D 1/27/2003
EB3 category.

Non-cuncurrent.

I am in dilemma to go for I-485. Please let me know if anybody in same boat.

140 at NSC did not move

Appears like 140 cases at NSC did not move even a day in the
last 15 days as per the most recent processing times available
from NSC.

Did INS to BCIS transition delay processing?

I filed my I-140 and I-485 on 21st Feb, no receipts or notifications yet! Is this common? How long deos it take to get the RD - ND?

Thanks for info in adv.

my RFE

my rfe is to submit evidence of 6 mos work experience with my present employer, with the name , address of employment , specific dates of employment and duties

Thanks, phboy

To share info with others, I got a RFE for working experience too. My LC requires MS or BS+2 year experience. INS asks me to show 2 year experience before LC. But my lawyer thinks it's a mistake by INS, or misinterpretion of the syntax...
MS or BS+2 means (MS) or (BS+2), NOT (MS or BS) +2

Because I have MS, so I don't need 2 year experience proof. But it happens that I have the proof, so we mailed it back to INS anyway... Now I have to wait...

Could you please tell us which EB-2 category? (NIW/exceptional ability etc)

140 processing time

when i checked online status, it says now it's taking 150-180 days instead of 210-240 days as before. I guess it's a good thing :)

Processing Time

Appears like Nebraska is doing pretty well. It seems in a sunny day scenario, the I-140 is being approved in about 3-4 months.

Ofcourse, in some cases, it appears to be taking more than 6-9 months.

My receipt date is 01/22/03. I want to wait 2 more months before I start getting worried!!!!!!

Change of rules!!!

Wov!!! The Transitioning from INS to BCIS has some effects the immediate effect is the change of messages they throw when you check your status online, of course they screwed again , here it is as follows, they say it takes 480 days for the I-480 application and they say 969 days for advance parole, this puts me in a state of puzzle, did they change the rules or what ,I thought the 480 was the last to clear ???

BCIS --> Bureau Of Citizenship and Immigration Screwers!!!
