Could you tell us which service center processed you case ?
You may know that from the first letters of your receipt number
if it is starting with SRC your case was processed in Texas.

I realize that you filed originally to NSC but most probably it was forwarded then to Texas for further processing. 3 weeks of processing time is the current speed of TSC.

My impression is that NSC has stopped to process cases completely.

My I-140 was initially sent to NSC, however i got the receipt from TSC with the SRC receipt number.

Yes it appears that the i-140 cases get forwarded to Texas now a days. Not sure why they are doing it.

Friends,
I received the notice from NSC with a notice date of June 27th, 2006. Any idea how long it might take to get an approval?

abbreviations

Hi Folks,
I am new to the I-140 forum. My I-140 was filed on 6/30/06.
Can you help me with the abbreviations; I think I got some of them?

PD - Priority Date
AD - Approval Date
FD - FEDEX date ?? (when it was sent)
RD - Receipt Date ?? (when it was received at NSC)
ND - Notification Date ?? ( when the LIN no. is given)??
LUD - ??

How do we come to know that from NSC it gets transferred to SRC.

My Application was filed on June 30th at NSC and on back of my check it shows the LIN Number.
Does this means that mine has to be processed at NSC only and it will never gets transferred to SRC(texas)

speedy approval

Waited three and half years for labor cert and myI140 has been approved in less than a month.

Will post number when I get the copy of the approval.

PD Nov 2002 so have to wait for EB3 category to come current to apply for adjustment of status.
 
I-140/I-485 Filed on 6/27/2006

After a long wait for the labor certificate (3 and 1/2 years), my concurrent I-140 and I-485 finanlly got filed on 6/27/2006. Have not received the receipts yet. Another wait begin.............

What is LUD?
 
Last Update Date

LUD is last update date and the way you can get updates on your application is by registering as a customer with the USCIS.
Go to uscis.gov and click on the Register
link.

Once registered you can use your case number to enter it in your portfolio and set the Email On option to receive emails on your case status.
This is how you can receive updates on your respective cases.

Was originally filed in Vermont (Feb 3/2006) sent to Nebraska (May 24, 2006)
