Please let me now what LUD stands for and where I can find it? I will then let you know about my 485 LUD status. Sorry, I am not completely familiar with all the immigration-related acronyms. :rolleyes:

My papers were received at USCIS on 9/27 but the online receipt date is shown as 9/ 30. My checks were drawn on 10/3. Don’t worry, if you already have a hard copy from USCIS showing receipt date as 9/30. Also if your checks are drawn, it means that your case is being processed. Good luck.

LUD is Last Update Date This we see on the Case Status & Processing Dates link after we login to the account. To register, Click on : Case Status & Processing Dates link on uscis.gov web site. Thereafter, you can register and create a log in for yourself. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I see a new LUD for today for my 140 but no change in msg. I am just hoping for a quick approval now. Keeping my fingers crossed for approval and no action on 485 app for now. My FP is schedule for 11/23

I-140 Approved at NSC - EB3 - 3 year degree (B.Sc)

Hi All:

GOD is Great and my Prayers and faith in HIM saved me.
I was thrilled to get an e-mail update from USCIS that my I-140 was
approved yesterday, 11/10/2005. I have a 3 year degree in Chemistry,Physics and Mathematics and about 12 years progressive experience in IT. I have no other degree or diploma from any university. I got an RFE for educational evaluation and my attroney responded to that with an evaluation from Morningside comparing B.Sc to ' Three years of coursework in US'. No experience or other certificates were taken into effect per the RFE. But my attoney did a great job by filing the LC with relevant wordings in Box.15 saying '3 year degree acceptable and 3 years experience in lieu of degree'. Also in Box.14 he mentioned B.S in Science(any). I guess this pefectly matched my education and background. Here are my details. Please feel free to send me a PM if you need any info from me, will be glad to share.

congrats mich 2003, i am also behind you. my pd is 4/2003, EB3, OHIO. the official web site of NSC shows the processing date for EB3 is june 2004. I am wondering how you got approved that soon? please respond.

still waiting to file I-140. i gave lot of emails pressurising him to file earlier. but he works according to his phase.

Is the I-140 processing time faster for EB2 than EB3 ?

Got RFE- to provide permanent employment letter.
sent reply on 03/08/06 received date by uscis 03/13/06 but last updated date changed again to 03/14/06. Any reason why.

My I-140 is also approved.

Thats true. Mine is also approved. Filed in Feb'10th. I just checked today online and my case has been approved on March14th. waiting to hear the same from my University international office.

Progressive experiece and EB2

Hi,

Need little help.

Does Nebraska Center require BE+ 5 "progressive" experience for EB2 category?

I have BE+5 year experience, but the Labor certificate/advertisement does not have word "progressive" in it , My attorney says word "progressive" is very important for California center, but she does not have much info about NSC.

Anybody without word "progressive" in labor certification had luck with EB2?
