Please update my information in the tracker.

Here is the details:

RD:11/26/02

Can any one tell me, how many days it is going to take to clear
I-140.

Looks like many of the RFE cases pending for a long time have been getting approved. Pl. update the XL sheet.

Heard from my colleagues that their cases were cleared within 2 weeks ( one is EB2/RIR and other is EB3/RIR). Let's hope the same for us.

I140 filed concurrently with the I485

EB2/RIR
RD: 10/21/2002
ND: 11/07/2002
Just got a call from my lawyer that the case is approved 12/4/02.
The on-line system is not updated yet.

I just chacked the status of my case and here is what msg says.

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on November 05, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 210 and 240 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

No of days has been increased from 150 to 210. Any idea what's going on ?

Thats Normal, changing the days....Just hang on.....I guess there is nothing u can do abt it....

Yes, in my case also, No. of days has been increased from 150 to 210 days. Message is same as yours.

Last week i saw someone's I-140, EB3, RIR with RD 10/28/02 got approved. My category is same with RD 10/30/02. 2 days difference.

Now the message says 210 to 240 days. God knows what's happening to INS!!!

Recieved I-140 Approval notice

The other day I recieved my I-140 Approval notice.. But its really weird..

Mine receive date(RD) is 24-oct-2002 for 140/ead/ap/485 notice date 13-nov-2002 still ,haven't heard anything on my 140/ead/ap/485.

WHAT IS YOUR NOTICE DATE FOR 140/EAD/AP.

Now the dates have changed from 150 days to 210days ,but the EAD processing times have decreased from 90-120 days to 60-75 .
Lets us hope for the best for all of us in the same boat.

I applied for 140 only.
Not concurrent filing.

Attorney sent my 140 application to INS on 10/28/2002.
Receipt Date 10/30/2002.

What category have you applied in?
EB2 or EB3, RIR or non RIR. I think both of you have filed concurrent - correct?
