2rd RFE ON I 140

I am very bad luck person.........today morning I checked online status.......it has following message .........

"On December 09, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."

I called my attorney , still she is waiting for it.............

What is your RD, ND, category (EB2/EB3, RIR/nonRIR) and CP, concurrent, AOS?

The numbers are not clear on the checks(Got the scanned checks as my bank will not send the actual checks)

I tried to read carefully and came up with the number below

I-140 : LIN-030-485-0xxx ; RD:12/02/2002 ; EB3-RIR

Mine is a concurrent filing(140/ead/ap/485) under EB3/non-rir with RD 10/24/02 and ND 11/13/02

Receipt# LIN-03-032-52xxx for all my applications(140/ead/ap/485)

Can you give more details about your case, I recieved rfe of company info but still awaiting reply , is your company a small company etc, in my case my company was bought out by another company, i think ins just delays some cases without rhyme or reason and i think we are unlucky to fall in that category

I got two RFE's in first one they asked to company ability to pay.......that time we gave all finical statments and everything......
In second RFE they want company Profit and loss statments all past years............
My company has 100 employees ..........but right now I think they have less than 50 employees......I am not sure because my company is based in Detroit and I am working in kansas since 4 yrs.........but it is DESI COMPANY.........

What is your RFE? Did you answer to your RFE or still working on it?

Any how we don't know what's going with INS..........it is everything luck.........
