My 485, EAD and AP were filed on August 13. No words on the EAD and AP yet.
 
I filed my I-140 , EAD. I-485 concurrently.

RD 8/30 (for all 3)
ND 9/10
FP 10/23
I140 Approved 10/23

A lot of people while sharing their statuses forget to mention the
category under which they filed (EB3, EB2, or EB1). Their information is incomplete and often useless (to others) if they don't mention their category of filing.

So, from now on please list your category while sharing good/bad news about 140. Thanks.

Yesterday I got an RFE,from the INS,the details I will be knowing on monday.After waiting for three months Ins has blessed me with an RFE.My case is EB3RIR.intend to go CP.

I also got an RFE for 140 for Detailed EMployment Letter and all originals of the Undergraduate education.

Please post your details like EB2 OR EB3, education details etc.
It's strange that INS is asking for original undergraduate documents....

Hi,

I am EB2 RIR.
I have a MS degree from US university.
(My lawyer told that..they ask originals if recently the indian Univ has some blaclistings etc..not sure exactly though)

I-140 RFE

Guys,
I finally heard from my lawyer about the RFE that was send by INS for my I-140 case. It's under EB2-RIR.

RD: 07/15/02
RFE Date: 10/15/02
Received by laywer: 10/24/02

Details: Not sufficient proof that the sponsoring employer has the ability to pay the stated wages. Need recent quarterly tax returns or bank statements or audited financial profit/loss statements.

So my sponsoring (prospective) employer faxed copies of last year annual tax return, all quarterly reports for 2002 and bank statements from Feb 2002. Lawyer expected to send reply on Monday. Will wait for INS decision once they receive our response to their notice. Will keep posted on this forum.

I also filed I-485 using the I-140 receipt and gave the finger prints too. Expecting EAD soon, if my I-140 gets approved.

Guys,

I got the approval notice in mail. It's for sure that it was approved in one week. My attorney was really very very good to get all the documents in place. I think also I'm really blessed. I applied in EB3 category.
