NSC Approvals Tracker 9 - starting 10th July 02

Hi sub_labor,

I don't know the detail of INS's RFE. My attorney just told me that I need get reference letters from my previouse employers showing my skills matching these listed on the ad. The reference letters which I used for my LC didn't give detail information such as what kind of programming languages I used.

That's my attorney's fault, she didn't give me requirements what the reference letter should be, so I have to wait another 180 days.

Hope this information give you some help.

what kind of education background do u have..I mean degrees in which field..(is it computers or any other field)...
 
RFE

Hi,
Here are my details.

Filed I-140 under EB2-RIR with ND 07/18/02.

Using the I-140 case receipt, filed I-485 on 08/21/02 (ND).
Gave finger prints on 09/24/02. No EAD or Advance Parole yet.

Received RFE for I-140 from INS.
INS mailed RFE on 10/15/02
Lawyer received notice on 10/24/02
RFE is about employer's ability to pay wages.
Lawyer gets additional financial documents from the company and responds back to the INS.
INS receives our response to RFE on 11/07/02 (yesterday).

Now, anxiously waiting for their final decision. Hope they approve it now.
I will post details once they make a decision.
 
Update on RFE

Today morning I called INS ..........They gave me update Saying that wait till End of November........right now they are doing regular I 140 Applications it seems........later they will be doing RFE cases.......I don't know what it mean by IIO ?.......

So who are waiting on I 140 (RFE Cases) have some more patient…………

We can’t do anything? Just hope for good……….

Approved or Not Approved? What is this confusion?

Hi Guys,

Today, I checked the Website it shows my case is approved.
But when I checked the status over Phone, it still saying 150 to 180 days bala..bala...

What is this confusion?

INS received the reply on 10/09/02

Approved on 11/07/02

Updated on INS online status after 12.00pm 10/08/02 !!!!!!
( 24 Hrs.... delay on updation )

If anyone of them (Web or phone) shows that your case is approved, that means it is approved. It's just that the other system hasn't been updated yet. That's all. Anyway,congrats.

My I-140 approved today

RD and ND 08/09/02
AD 11/08/02

EB3/RIR (Inter company transfer same corporation,same location,same management sister companies. Labor approved on old company and I-140 applied by new company and approved).

NO RFE's

I-485 filed cocurrently RD 09/11/02 ND 09/26/02, No FP notice,No EAD and AP yet.

FINALLY...FINALLY 140 Approved :D

God, Finally cleared 140 and hope will not have any problems from INS before my GC, as I am planning to go to CP. These guys took almost 7 months for my case whereas the same type of case is processed in less than 2 months. Hope atleast now INS will do FIFO and process cases of old cases. Guys who are waiting ...Cheer up...your time will come too...

Any one with RD/ND aroung October 1 to 4 please post your I140 details also let us know when it was approved.

Did you applied 485 Concurrently.

I didn't appled for 485 but my Notice Date of I140 is 9/13. I haven't heard anything back from INS.

My observaction is that INS is approving I140 first for those who applied 485 along with 140.
