Which category of EB2?

Hello, Friends,
We've seen an array of EB2 NSC approvals lately, Congrats to all of you!

Is anyone of you in EB2 National Interest Waiver type?
I know NIW is harder to get approved....May God bless!

If you had already given INS your company fianancial statement,
what else does INS need as proof that your company can pay you. What does your lawyer say?
Is yours a small company and how many total employees.
 
Added my details to the tracker

I added my details to the tracker. Its under 140SeekerJune. It may not be the latest. Somebody who is managing the excell sheet can cut and copy my details.

Thankyou sivaa for your replay......

They need more proof .......and that tooo my company did not give 2001 financial statment........I faxed my W2 form (2001) to my lawyer........she said she can't use as a proof because it has couple of hunderds dollars less than on the form(I140) ..........
My company use to be big..........but he layoffed everybody expect the people who are in client assignment.......say 20 people out of 50 people.......

Please let me know if any other people are in same boat ......we can share each other........

Processing times increased

I checked my case yesterday RD 05/08/2002 EB2 still not approved but found the processing times increased to 150-180 days . Hats off to INS....:mad:

140 NSC Processing times Increased as per AVM

HI Guys,

A lot of EB2 Cases of MAY are getting approved, which forced to check my case( rd 04/04) yesterday, To my surprise they changed AVM from 130-160 days to 150-180 days. Its ridiculous way of doing things. Instead of proceessing cases, they are chanding the AVM every month and increasing by 30 days every month.

Further, instead of processing old cases of feb/mar/apr they are processing MAy cases. God Give INS some sanity and let them process cases in a ina FIFO way for a particular category( say eb2 or eb3) if not whole 140 cases .

Anyhow, we cant do anything but wait...... Guys like me of april/march cases .....cheer up....:cool:

I have already added your details........buddy we both are in same boat....... MY rd/nd is 07/05/02 , I got RFE regarding Company abilty to pay........So my lawyer is working on it......talking to company about it..........

Why this random selection?

I came to know from the NSC that my case takes now between 150 and 180 days. This was 130 and 150 days 2 days back. I noticed that the cases of May are not processed on first cum first basis. This is ridiculous to an extent. I am very surprised at this random selection of cases. My RD/ND is June 27.
