I have been waiting since Apr 23 for EB2-not quite as long as you have been waiting, but long enough. Your case actually exceeds the 130-160 day window-so call INS and find out what's new!?

I just heard my 140 is approved. I don't know which month I can shoot for CP, Chennai India

Hoooh, my labour started in Aug 2000. With talks of outsourcing my department - most certainly next week, I am still not certain of whole process.

Atleast now there is proof that there is life on planet INS! You can hope for interview in Feb/March 03. Hopefully, if my petition gets approved soon, we will communicate again on the CP thread. Good luck.
 
Hi, Kumar,

I tried to talk with INS, but they said only my employer and lawyer can have the accesses to the information of I-140. :mad:

But my lawyer said it's no use to call them. And my employer don't want to do anything about it.

Does anyone know how they process those cases? So far it seems that they picked up case randomly.

And congrats to people got approved.

Finally got approved!!

EB 2 RIR RD/ND - 4/8/02 Approval : 9/4/02

Finally we are seeing EB2 approvals.

Total 5 of my colleagues who are in EB2 got approved.

July 02 RD approvals

I have seen just one EB3 RIR with RD as July 02 being approved. Have we heard of any other approvals?

I am yet to hear from NSC on my approval.

I was referring to another post (from Aishwarya, I think) that had a July 2002 RD and was approved.

I was wondering if there were any other applicants with July 2002 RD who have been approved after Aishwarya's post.

All are eb2.... My case(EB2) is wiating rd04/04...ad.....????(maybe 09/05)

Ins is going at breakneck speed to catch their commitmnet( processing 140 at <80 days) so that they dont have pblm in concurrent filings.

Does anybody have any idea of my case? EB2 RIR from 3/20/02. Up to now, nothing is changed in the AVM system. Is there possibility that my case is skipped by INS officer? How can I do?

Hey Guys..Dont congratulate me.....My case i still Pending.


I think INS is trying to speed up th process of EB2's especially where they are lagging Eb3's by more than 2+ months( March to July). Hope atleast the new applicants wont face the same music as we guys who are still facing(5 months).

GOD..I trust you...pl help in clearing all old 140 cases.Hope INS will not laid back as nik was quoting.....
