NSC Approval Tracker VIII -starting may 22

Congrats

This is great news. My RFE reply is accepted today 5/30/2002 in NSC system. The automated system said it takes between 60-90 days for this kinda case but since initial processing is already done for my case it will take 90 days. Now what does that mean. Did you get same message when they recieved your RFE reply.

My RFE was to show documentation from company that they can pay the employees the salary. It was sent last week. Today 05/30/2002 it is entered in the NSC system.

That\'s very good news! EB2 in less than 60 days. I will start checking my status closely now! RD/ND 4/23 EB2.

You must be pleasently surprised by the speed of your approval. Sivam, Can you tell me the name of your company? I think that the I140 processing takes less time if you are from a big company. Is that true?

I am not from a big company !!!!

My company is mid sized company with around 100 employees, ( I am not sure about exact number). But is 20 years old company.
It has long history, that I can say as a positive point.
My company is providing green cards for its employees from a long time.

Also my company attorney is very nice guy with good skill in dealing with INS matters.

But I think it is a bit god\'s grace that made this happen, I felt the same when I heared about the approval in VME.
