R/ND Feb. 19, 2002, still waiting, Do you guys know it is a good or bad sight? If INS intend to reject or RFE, why it took so long to do so?

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Again there is little stop we can say because there is not a single psoting of approvals. In general we see atlist minimum one or 2 approvals every week. Whats going on ? Have you read any news at immigraiton sites reagarding this.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;My attorni told that delay if due to security check, we son know what security check they are conducting.

Good news is that my I-140 got approved on june 5th.
again detail is
EB3, RIR, AOS
RD and ND 03/08/2002
RFE (more financial proof from company) May 1, 2002
Reply to RFE in INS system May 30, 2002
Approval June 5, 2002

There is an Approvals at Vermount yesterday

There is approval at vermount yesterday but we are not seeing approvals at NSC, Texas and California there are less Approvals

I am back from a month of vacation.

Nice to be back. I was on vacation last month. I was out of the country for the last month and was not thinking about my I-140 App.

My lawyer has responded to the RFE (Prove of the company ability to pay the salary). I am working for a 7 billions company so it should not be a problem.

But I\'ve once again lost time and energy.
