My company lawyer is filed for my Visa revalidation(h1m stamping). They said that they sent (POSTED) it on 11/14/2003. So may be my dates are like this

I dont think this is the case. I read that posting aswell, Oct 21 is the SL Date and he doesnt really know his DC date.
Its likely that his DC date is same as people who have applied much earlier than him.

I think that it will still take 15 days before they start processing November SL dates....

But I hope you were correct....

Pl answer these questions

H1 and H4 revalidation

Experts u already gone through .Please reply to these questions.

Myself and my wife are Indian planning to send passports for Visa revalidation (presently on H1B and H4 repectively). Are following docs enough for revalidation.

1. DS-156 form for myself and my wife.
2. DS-157 form for myself.
3. One photo for each of us.
4. Orginal passports of both.
5. Fees $100, $50 for each by DD. Total ($300).
6. Employment letter.
7. Orginal H1B and H4 petition. And 194's.
8. Self addressed Fedex bill for return of passports.

Are any other docs required ?

I heard about barcode on DS156. How do I print that doc with barcode. When I print the DS156 form website iam just getting “BARCORDE” Bold letters on right side.

Chen,
The document list looks ok. However make sure photos are as per specifications by DOS and also attach the I-94's to the respective passport.

As far as bar code is concerned we all are new to the latest form. The printing issue could possible be with the version of adobe acrobat you are using. Trying updating acrobat software and then filling up DS_156

2. In DS157 ITEM 3. Full name in native language. can i write full name in english. Iam from Bombay.
What should i write....

3. I have seen people getting queries for compressive employment offer. Our HR wrote empl letter describing duties like this . Is it ok. Or iam have to mention what all s/w and applications used etc...
