Friends,
I sent the following docs for my H1 Reval and my wives H4 reval

1) DS-156 and DS157 for myself
2) DS-156 for my wife
3) Employer letter
4) Our passports
5) Photocopy of I-797 for myself
6) Photocopy of approved I-539 for my wife

Is that enough or should I have sent marriage cert also.

do not need marriage certificate. send I-94's too. Also photographs and money orders for application and visa issuance fee.

Hi,

Do we need to send DS-156 only for wife or we need both 156 & 157. Also do we need to submit my latest paystubs.

Please advise.

For your wife - Send completed DS-156
For you - Send completed 156 & 157

Pay Stubs not need. Just a letter from your employer will do.
