Hi kavipura:

your attorney should have a letter stating when your petition was received. the day you file may not be your PD. but you can assume your PD is very close to 03/2004, there is no RD(received date) for you because you have not receive 45 day letter. you won't know which center has your petition until you receive a 45 day letter. can't estimate on the approximate time frame as to when you will get your 45 day letter because BECs are so unpredictable. most of the eb3 TR cases waited at least 4 years(counting from PD to actual approval). hopefully yours will be faster than ours, just hang in there :)

hope this helps.

Hi Polarpv!

It is indeed an ancient one!!!!. Could you give us some more details like
---first few digits of your case #,
---Did you get a screen shot from BEC,
---Did you have a NOF from the State level before recruitement.
I am surprised to see an august 2000 PD.
Again like I said before, it could be because of Shipping schedule+45 Day letter. Please keep posting the updates on your case. we appreciate your reply in advance.

Hi polarpv,

Thank you very much for the reply.
So your case was shipped late, the Case# shows that your case entry was completed on Jan 11,2005.
_- NOF means Notice of findings. The state will issue one if they needs clarification on any issues like, wage, experiences etc..
I asked this because there has been some discussion going on in other threads that, people with NOFs in the early stages are getting their approval delayed, so far we could not prove it authentically but still we have all reasons to doubt that.

-- if you got the screen shot, was the case status TR or RIR

Hang in there and keep posting

Hi Polarpv,

Your PD shocked me. In this forum I saw 2001 april, I think WhatALabor's

PD is in 2001.

HI WhatALabor,

This is really very frustrating. Is there any hope or not? What is going to

happen with people who have not yet received 45 days letter?

Even if you receive 45dlt how long you have to wait?

Your post always give hope to people like me

Thanks and appreciate your work

Hi life_w/o_gc

Not so easily..... Please do not loose hope. Now we see 45 day letters coming out for SWA cases. Like I said I strongly think that the queue status is being affected by shipping schedule, also please noted that the BEC's started processing cases even way before they received a large number of cases from various regions, so defintely the randomness in 45 dltr and approvals should be there.

Last but not least, USCIS is all of sudden working on a special amnesty program ordered by the Judiciary system, that anybody from 1981 to 1988 present in this country, no matter what their immigration status should be naturalized now. there could be another immigration reform bill by early 2006 (this news I got from a very reliable source that is why I am posting it here). So some or the other way we have hope, let us keep our fingers crossed and pray that The president will sign the reform proposal to a bill.

Regards

Hi polarpv:

the RD you listed feb 7, 2003 is the received date of your case being transferred to regional?

i would think PD2000 cases are shipped over to BEC at the end of 2004. your case really surprised me. you might want to get your attorney to read this forum to see how many people in 2001 TR already got their LC and demand an answer. you might want to call him/her everyday until they know you are serious about this 5 years wait. i will pray for you my friend.

Thanks Shagua. I definitely need some prayers. I work for a big corporation and I'm not supposed to contact my attorney directly. I have to go through my HR dept. I have had some e-mail communication with my attorney, "Be patient" is the advise that I received.
