NOA Received

Update,
I tried to add WSC# to my USCIS account and I did it. I noticed two things.
1st: Citizenship application LUD was for today 11-30-2007(I hope they are working on this)
2nd: My travel doc. which I got it a year ago was updated to 11-25-2007
So I don't know if these are automatic or normal or whatever. Do you guys know anything?

Doing some research on the forum and other places, it seems that the missing evidence paragraph is sent whenever one of the questions about the past, moral character is answered with YES.
It is just nothing to worry about.

That doesn't delay your process anyway since you can take in while you are there for your interview.
My Notice of Action I-797 doesn't have a C at the end. Is that cool?

I forgot to include pictures on my application, maybe that's why so late?
and I missed calculate the date so I sent it about 2 days early. I don't know if they care or not. Since they were slow.

11-28-2007 is the mailing date. and Texasdude sent it to CSC.

I doubt those create delay but keep in mind that different people processing different apps. and just for that reason some are faster and some slower but your PD still the same and when it goes to district office, will be treated in order base on PD.
I don't know about applying two days ahead.

I also noticed something..
On the top left of my NOA (above the Application type box) it says :
Receipt with exception

Any idea what that means?

Here is some interesting information..
I looked at different forums checking old threads.
People who received NOAs from NSC had the same statement of "within 450 days" back in 2003, 2004, 2005 and after.
It seems to be a standard for NSC?

Oh yes. I did the same thing with my friends which applied in 2005 and 06 and they got 365 days for CSC. All normal. I hope we get something before year ends. I don't know which finger to cross?

nothing left

My hunch is that those numbers are based on USCIS targets rather than on actual numbers.

I take it back about "none of the number is working".

I thought they just updated their web site, so why not do another check on the number from the front of the check and now is working.

I got:
