Finally.

It says that my notice date is 11/28/07 while received and priority date is 10/26/07.
It also says :
The aboce application has been received by our office and is in process, but has been noted with one or more of the following exception(s):
Missing Evidence(S) - your application was missing evidance(S) that you will need to provide at the time of your naturalization interview. You will be notified under separate notice of the necessary evidence(s) that you will be required to bring to your interview. Do not submit any evidence(s) by mail.

You will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office. You should expect to be notified within 450 days of this notice.


Well, at least got something lol...
Now, let us count 450 days..

Weird thing is, on top of the NOA, it shows Aplication Number as LIN*001178xxx.
However, at the bottom of the NOA, it shows the following LIN # : LIN*0011180xx.

I have no idea why there are 2 LIN numbers.
The 2nd one has the following information on the web:
Receipt Number: LIN*0011180XX

I didn't leave anything that they could ask for that I didn't provide. Unless they mean they want to see the originals on the interview date..

USCIS address on the bottom and whole bunch of other crap.
 
Nimche, Congrats on receiving the notice, so the actual receipt number is WSC*00 + the number on the front of check. Please confirm.

Did you answer "YES" to any of the questions on the application that deal with past court cases or convictions?
 
This means that your applications in complete and no need for additional evidence. As to the case number on the notices. The Lin* number listed at the top of the page is the one that should be used; the one at the bottom of the page changes with every I-797C sent out (it is used for internal tracking and has a $ instead of * in MOST cases)

action123, I haven't received my notice as of yet. I called the 800 number but they told me to wait till 90 days are completed before they can do anything.
