No approval for NY ?

This may well be another SCAM from NY-SESA.

Just to make and feel good , did they updated their system for June 2001, but in reality god knows where they are...

May God give some grace to NY-SESA and NY-DOL !!!!
 
I think we should be more patient with them, Imagine if they never update the system to June 2001, we would be sending messages now about PREM, future, extensions of H1B and waiting to move the cases to May 2001 will make us so happy.

Like you I really hate my situation where there uncertainty of every thing but in the same time, we should give them time specially with the good sign like the many approval from NY on August 2001, lets give the NY DOL its chances too, in all cases NY DOL is much better SF DOL where a friend of mine has to wait for another year to get his cleared.

I do not even know that with any certainty -- the lawyer mentioned that there was no information regarding my case from SWA or regional. But since the assumption is they moved past May '01, then it was 'likely' that my application has been silently transferred to regional.

It's either this way or it hasn't left SWA yet.

You can select which way you like better. I do not like either...

Did anyone contacted DOL.

What is your priority date at state and when the LC moved to Federal?

The AM is saying that they are processing dec2003 cases.If cases before this date can call at 2123372184.

What is this one about ??? Are we saying that rather than June 2001 they are now doing Dec 2003 ?

No. Regional is processing cases transfered from NY SWA to Regional in Dec 2003 .

NY SWA is processing cases from June 2001

Did you get the case no. from the Regional Automated System?

Did you try the faxback option? (press 3 once you have heard the info)
 
AVM phones are not working and no one lifing the phones.
looks like we need to wait till website processing date update, it will be April 12th.

I tried it -- there is a new record for my company. New application with the code 030.062-010 (S/w Engineer) arrived to the regional. Can it be me?.. who knows...

On the other hand, another application which arrived to regional on Jan 30 is still pending... So Regional is at least 2 months behind.

looks like regional is going behind ,now 2 months. our bad.
2 months ago it used to be current date/month.
