why dont you ask your attonerys or employer tomorrow and find out about your cases??

please following guys can you please call or ask your lawyers /employers about your cases..

Did your lawyer receive a notice of transfer (i.e. NY SWA informs lawyer/employer of transfer) or did he call NY SWA (i.e. NY SWA does not inform anybody)?

RIR filed june 12th 2001

Have been keeping in touch with my employer and lawyer's office.They have not heard anything about my case yet.
 
DOL website got updated over

Guys !! The official DOL status page got updated over the week-end. The status still says June 2001.

Are they again taking a nap ?

JustWatching - my lawyer received a notice of transfer on March 12th. i.e. NY SWA informs lawyer/employer of transfer.
 
This is really good news, I hope the official site get updated too , that is the only proof that they are officially moved to the month of August.
 
I haven't heard anything from my lawyer.

I called my attorney last week, and that guy knows less than I do. No news........

can you do another favor please
if you have your 750 A and 750 B forms with you then i think you'll have your company phone number in the forms

call NY regional AVM 212 337 2193 press 1 and then press 2 for company contact number and try to give your office phone number, like that you can know if your case or another case from your office went to NY Regional DOL.

i came to know when i gave my phone number that DOL Regional got some new cases and NY SESA are processing July/Aug 2001 cases.

its good to know from isabella case went to DOL,can you tell isabella how many employees are working in your company, if more people are working i think you'll get very soon[

Some news

Hi Checked the cased for my company using the company phone number. 4 cases have been moved to regional office in 1st week of march. I don't know which one is mine. I have all 4 cases numbers and DOT codes. Is there any way I can find out which cases is mine.

what is the date it went to NY regional can you tell??

dont worry, i think your case will also be there
how many guys your employer did filed on that time in 2001

Two options:

Try this website for DOT codes:

Or

Did you try the faback option? Maybe that has more information on the cases
 
I know what the positions are from the DOT Code. I don't know who the people are. I think about 8-10 cases were filed in month of June and July. I personally know 3 of them.

Is there a way to know who the people are based in case no.
 
no updates on my case either

I checked with my attorney and they have no updates for me.

Seems like we are seeing something, but not a lot !!!!
