I have seen a number of advertisements from consulting companies promising fast green card. Has anybody any experience about these ?
 
from NY city its tough now becoz of the economy down...its better check all the details then only try to join...eventhough they tell you they'll give you good salary and bonus...keep in mind that for LC they'll check ...may be they'll do GC from another states rather than from NY...

any update for any approvals or any further info...ahalem,justwatching....????

response letter from DOL

guys,
I got the same letter back from the DOL as sara2003, feels good to get a reponse. Looks like the NY DOL in some way is on our side, they're looking for more federal resources. I will definitely send the letter on to Carlson, and so should everyone else on this board. We need to bubble up these issues to the people at the helm.

On a separate note, what happened to that petition on www.petitiononline.com or whatever that was called?
 
A Single Letter

Guys,

Let's make sure the same letter gets to Mr. Carlson (Chief Division of Labor Certification, DOL).

Below is the letter I put together with the following changes:

- the feedback that "nomorebacklog" added.
- fix of HR 2371 to 3271
- addressed directly to Mr. Carlson


Unless anyone has any objections please use this letter so we are consistent.

The guys who are going to mail from now on : Can you please include the copy of the letter which we received from albany also with the actual letter?
 
Good point to include the letter from NY DOL with our letter , I am sending my copy today to DC.

Guys, please post small message stating that you sent this letter, that will encourage every body to send it too, the guys in DC will need to know , its not just a single complain,

yes nylabor, you can also send but be sure to send 2 letter..one which is our letter and other one is a response letter from NY labor..its there in our thread..
first download to ur place and then send both letters to carlson..

please followup with rajiv khanna once he reply back to us ahalem...
common people come and participate in this thread...

I am going to send the letter addressed to carlson and also the response letter which sara got along with this letter.

Mr Rajiv S. Khanna replied back saying he still reviewing the document and the reply from DOL and he will retrun back to us soon.
