its pretty damn document, i dont know really they gonna make those figures

suppose if they in our shoes then those DOL people knows about our problems and worries how we are surviving , i dont know when they'll gonna do it

day by day passing on but we are not getting any good news that our labors are going to regional then from regional our labors are getting cleared.

is anyone here interested participating in creating a tracking file at regional level.

such a file will be able to determine what was transfer to regional office.

but this require collaborative effort from both NY and NJ labor people.

Since each individual might be interested in their own case status, their information might not help others in the quene.

Robert8,
This is good idea, to have separate NY DOL File.
And I want to participate.
Thanks,

The lawyer got a postcard indicating it is moved to Regional.

Is NYSESA is also sending Postcard to lawyer about movement to regional.. like NJSESA..

One comment, one issue

Comment: You should probably start a separate thread if you want NJ to participate otherwise it is no different than our current tracker.

Issue: New York SWA is not very good about informing transfers to Regional, I would say 1/3 to 1/2 half people have not known for sure that their cases made it to Regional until their LC was approved.

yeah, i am agreeing with justwatching
i dont know why you guys wants another tracker for regional, whoever find their information from their lawyers/managers they are informaing us and updating the file
so i think there is no need to start another sheet for this regional stuff
hope you can undestand robert8.

I think there would always be a challenge to persuade and keep persuading all the NY as well as NJ people to update two threads.

Already, there are handful of people who actually really put in their info on our tracker or this forum....

I wish there was one central tracker with State as variable so that everyone used it.

Hello Guru's
Need your help, i have filled for my labor in Dec 2001 and have not recd any reply yet but unfortunate situation is my company is about to close and i have H1 with this company.

What can be done in my case to save my H1 as well as can save my labor time (Sorry Years) i gaved to get the labor please advice me the best route and even if its going to cost me something i don't mind doing it.

Waiting to hear from you

Thanks

For a very big change, my lawyer called me today and told me that they are expecting to hear for my case (Oct,01) in near future as Sept 01 is being processed in SESA. They said that they have not received any Sept cases yet but some August cases have come through. On a sad note, they are getting lot of RFEs and few approvals. Hope I am one of the lucky ones.

AVM has been updated on June 30th. A DOL cases recd on 15Apr was processed. As told by my lawyers, RFEs are coming in generously.

From last 3 - 4 weeks I have been randomly checking 25 cases before and 25 cases after my case number in NY DOL AVM . This is what I found:

1. NYDOL received around 200 cases on April 20th and same number on April 21st . But on April 19th NY DOL had received less number of cases ( in tens).

2. They are still processing April 19th, 20th and 21st cases from last one month. May be more but I concentrated for above three days. Some cases are before and after my case number are approved, NOF issued for some, some are denied.

3. However those cases which are denied, status of those cases are updated
within 2 weeks of received date (i.e with in April last week and May 1st week)

Not sure what NY DOL is holding those cases .
