I used the URL link to find your own congressmen and sent email

They are very prompt in responding emails. Subsequently You will receive a form to release privacy and blah blah. You will have to sign and send it. I am not sure wheter a senator\'s office will serve you, if you belong to different congressional district.

My I140 is still pending, but I think I\'m going to get ready all the materials for the next stage. I consider you as an immigration guru. Would you please give me some suggestions?
 
Most important for 485 is physical!!!

It was 3 months to get an appointment here in North Carolina. Fortunately, I scheduled early and they are done. Have shots, TB skin test, varicella test done at social services as it will be cheaper.
If you have the physical the rest is paperwork; but if you can\'t get a physical for 3 months, then you have to wait. I was told that the physical has to be done in the same state as you live, but I haven\'t verified that.
Our photos are scheduled for this week and we\'ll be ready to file.

Medicals were done in November

It takes almost 4 months to get an appointment in the Triangle area, as there is only one civil surgeon and I didn\'t want to go to Charlotte.
We have our photos scheduled for Friday and should have the approval notice by then. $12 for 2 photos.
 
Congrats KGH !! Mine should get approved in a week or 2

My RFE was received by TSC on 12/29 ...Hoping for a quick approval !

Its already been 11 months for me now .....
 
Still many April cases are pending from tracker.

Though it looks like TSC is close to start July end cases but many April & May EB2 cases are pending.

It may take all Feb to finish all that.
Some of us from July end ND should get some good news.

i see yours is from april what is happening do you have rfe or anything?
also there are gaps in jan to april-are this people still waiting or not responding/updating for various reasons

Can we go for medicals before I-140 approval?

Please clarify me that Is it okay to finish medical exam before I-140 approval? BTW, any idea when the sept,01 cases start touching? thanks.

Congradulations to everyone who got approved and goodluck with 485

cases transfered on 11/29 to NSC, did anyone else get approved? I try to call NSC but never get the connection...Any one know what is best time to call them . thank you

On Jan 26, 2002, INS TSC has mailed me a notice of intent to deny my I-140 petition.

I didn\'t get notice but I will post you all as soon as I get it. It is bad luck of mine.
