Mini, How did you come to know ??

I am still waiting on mine. Only info I have is it went to an officer on Jan 4th. Please let me know how you got the infomation.

I haven\'t heard of any EB2 approval for a long time. What\'s going on? Are there any EB2 RIR before March, 2001 still waiting?

Mine is EB2 RIR, ND Aug. 4, 2001.

I got the approval from TSC.

Mine is exactly same as urs except ND = July 26th..My case was assigned to an officer on Jan 17th..
Is there any way you can call the TSC and fond whether your case was assigned?

ND 02/12/2001. My case got assigned Jan 5th, but the officer is sick! I took the advice of writing to one of my state senators to get help. It has helped to get things moving and feedback is timely.

checked on NSC and VSC, case doesnot exist. however a colleague of mine who was filed during the same period got approved last week. I \'ll get more details on that.
