Just checked the status with the DOL; it says received regional office on 11/15/2001 and current status as certified final action on 10/27/2001. Here are my details:
 
EB2/RIR NJ SESA Date 3/4/2001
Query from SESA in the last week of August
NY DOL received on 11/15/2001 certified on 11/27/2001

Recently my campany laidoff some people who completed their Labor Cert. for their Green Card who hold the same position as I do. Can I ask my company to use their LC for my Green Card and apply I140 directly for me.

sent to ny dol Frederal office on Aug 23 2001
now they say it is talking DOL NY 19 months to certify the case.
It is more than riduculos. What is AILA. I want to go the the DOL NY and dfind out as to what is there problem
 
NJ DOL Processing Dates

Hi,
Does Anyone have any idea of NJ Processing dates? Mine was filed on 6/1-RIR/EB3
 
lc processing after Sept 11th 2001

Can anyone let me know approximately what time one has to wait for LC applied after sept 11th. (EB2 ). Is there any processing time difference?

NJ SESA Still Processing April !!!

Just checked the Trenton office (609) 984 3520
Non RIR April 4, 2001
RIR April 24, 2001

This is the first time SESA has come up with exact dates.
 
NJ Labor Filed on 04/28 - RIR/EB2

Does Anyone have any idea of NJ Processing dates? Mine was filed on 4/28-RIR/EB2. Please reply if any additional info.

NJ Processing dates

As stated in a previous post, NJ SESA are processing RIR from 04/24/2001 as of 12/01/2001.

At the current pace they are processing 10 days worth of applications every month, so your case should be handled within the next two weeks.

it is a number of DOL Trenton, where you can call and get the status.

Hi,

Mine was filed on July 11th. since current date is april now, does anybody has any idea, how long will it take to get for July 2001 to be processed.
