As per my information current dates for RIR cases is Nov 2001. Any1 has updates on it?

RIR Processing
The DOL headquarters is expected to issue field guidance on Reduction in Recruitment (RIR) processing by mid-November 2003. This guidance is expected to provide insight on adjudication of RIR applications that have been pending for lengthy periods, as well as how the DOL will consider new applications filed under RIR procedures.

As per NY DOL, If your case comes under RIR category it must be done by the end of this month...

Correct me if I am wrong..

LC basic question

I am new. I plan to apply my green card. I live/work in NJ. But my my company headquarter is in Chicago. Can I file my green card from Chicago? I was told that LC was much faster in there. Any info will be appreciated!!!

yes, you can. you can get details by reading the threads in detail, but since the gc is for a future job, you can file from anyplace where your company has an office.

yes you can. it only depends on your company address dosent matter where you work
