Something to smile at when NJ Labor is going at a snails pace. Still its better than Apr 30 fiasco.

In the telephone system did you get information about your case ? Since yours was applied on Sep 2002, how can you hear your case details? Correct me if I am wrong

I called the number and I did not get any information about my case. I wonder if my company has applied at all
 
Hi All,

PLease visit following link, these people are part of Immigration, Border Security and Claims Committee. I guess we can write then an email, each one of us and we can also call them......on the same site there is format and guide line for when you writing an email and talking on the phone with the congress man.
What do you think?????? Is this something we should do it? At lest we can contact then, I know I am going to do that .

Hi! again

I had posted a few questions but got no reply.
Hope, i will get one this time.

My question is:
Looking at the pattern, most of cases have been approved within 14 days at NY DOL.In, my case its surprisingly been a long wait(1 month).
How do I find out, more about my case.I do check AVM everyday, but it says "recieved ", my lawyer has also not recieved any further information.How can i find out more?

Would appreciate any help.

No one knows inside but DOL, keep using means to access info. Several have the same situation, many got through earlier. It depends on DOL's hands. One day you'll received good news.

Useless, most important thing is "RESOURCES...?" which we don't have. Many states applicants met in person, but no +ve result.
There are several steps from initiating and closing a "BILL", atleast H1Bs CAN NOT afford it.

Nope i sent an email, i did not get information about my case as it still has to reach DOL. I THINK: Unless it reaches DOL, I won't see my case. No reciept # is given when the case is sent for LC, so i guess we need to have faith on company/employer/lawyer about applying for it.

do any of you guys know of any cases which got moved to regular processing from RIR processing if so please let me know thank you.

Take it as "Exception" if happened and Piled up with cases under process. The posting has no "CREDIBILITY" at all.
