Anybody have an advise of my case i'll be more than thankfull.

I'll have my interview for GC (F2b ) next month and hopefully will get my visa in order to travel by the end of march and i've a fiance and hope to get marry and she could travel with me.
My questions are :

1- When could i marry her ( I heared that I can marry her after getting my visa although i'm still in my country).

2- will it be more faster to get her a visit visa before marriage and go to us and marry there and she could extend her stay somehow?

3- Or i travel and come back after a period of time and get marry and file for i-130 for her and she waits in my country till it becomes current ?

I don't know what to do???? but I want her to be with me in the fastesr way .

hope anyone help me.

You have been given the CORRECT answers already. If you get married before you obtain LPR status by travelling to the U.S. for your initial IMMIGRANT admission, you will void your IMMIGRANT VISA as the unmarried son of an LPR.

Google for news articles on "Pedro and Salvacion Servano" to see the HORRIBLE MESS that they got themselves into for doing what you are considering doing. The lesson to be learned from them is "don't do it".

Asking the same question again and again will not change the answer. If you want your green card and also want to marry this girl and live with her in the US, then #3 is the way to go.

Many Thanks for your answer , but do you know how long will it takes from filling i-130 to get her visa , and if she could come for a visit during the processing for the papers .

Looking at current processing times, I would say around 18 months. If she has a visit visa, she may attempt to visit you. Just be prepared for the worst case scenario, i.e. she beign denied entry at the POE and being returned on the first flight home.

How it's 18 months, although the cut-off dates for F2A is 1 Aug 2010. and what is the POE ??? .

You have not even filed an I-130. I am calculating a conservative time including all stages. Depending on how busy her local consulate is, it may take 12 months just at the consulate.

POE = Port of Entry

Sorry for annoying you , but what do you think about how long could it takes for F2A after the big retrogression of family priority Date Cutoff in January 2011

With the BIG retrogression, her chances of a tourist visa MIGHT have improved IF she can show that she has not cut ties to the home country. It's still no certainty. ONLY a possibility. Has she got a good job at home?
