next time please attach the excel file instead of cut and pasting, so that others can down load the file and also it will be very helpful if you can mention what is the last scanned LIN# so others can scan from that last number.

There are lot of approvals for Feb filers. Just in a month.

Out of 110 I-140 Applications received on 23-FEB-04 , Thirteen got approved, 14 Got RFE's

Current Processing ..

Any Ideas what dates they are processing ? After Naanshi and few others for 22nd Sept there are no posts.

I am in similar situation, did you get your FP ?

According the current processing method, I feel it's worth to wait for I140 approval after completing your FP. So that CIS will approve both I140 & I485.

Few months back I have posted similar message as my Attorney mentioned , but I didn't believe it...now I have seen the official memo from CIS (NSC) .

I have not received my FP notice. Frankly, I think all this new concurrent quick processing procedue is just hog-wash. In the last 6 yrs, despite new schemes like concurrent processing, etc., the processing time has not changed much. I think it has just gotten worse.
I am at a point where I dont care if I do FP before i140 or FP after i140, since there is no logic and defined procedure for doing things out there in any USCIS. I have given up trying to explain the true meaning of defined procedures and the sense of urgency with which this mess has to be figured out , to my own lawyers, employers, etc. Everybody else in the game, except the person going through this process, wants to prolong the game to overtime for their maximum revenues!...I am just going though the motions..

Hi,

I am new to this thread. I was going through the excel sheet. I noticed one thing there are no pending cases/ rfe cases for date which has received atleast one approval.

What could be the reason. Is that all those cases have been assigned to an efficient person at NSC. I see that all cases applied on that dates have been approved and there are no pendin cases for ex. RD of 03/26/04, 03/17/2004,03/22/2004,03/13/2004.

If anyone has reason for this do reply here.

I have recently mailed my I-140 application, waiting to get the RD and ND.

When FP is sent out, does the online status get changed ?

also i reported a change of address recently...does FP notice gets forwarded to new address automatically??

"The center has moved I-140s starting on 4/1/04 to the Residence Product Line which processes I-485’s which further supports the headquarters proposal to concurrently adjudicate concurrently-filed I-140/I-485 packages."

"The guidance that is impending on ability to pay will hopefully lessen the number of RFEs that are sent. The center is also looking at local RFE practices to determine if it is possible to give officers guidance that will enable them to adjudicate with respect to certain scenarios without having to RFE."

These two are surely a good news to us.

Guys/Gals,
This thread is all about Collaboration. So instead of requesting scans,it would be a better idea to split the dates and chucks of scans so that no ip gets blocked.
