N-400 Question

I using 4yrs, 9month rule to file Citizenship, so what should I check/fill for the following fields
Q1) Should I choose (A) or (D)
A) Lawful resident of usa for 5 yrs OR

D) OTHER (Explain) --> and fill-in that I am using the 4yr, 9month rule.


Q2) Part4, B.Care of ? What needs to be filled in here


Q3) My A# has a zero in front, so can I keep the '0' when I fill the A#

It's not a 90 day rule. It's the 5 year rule. If you read the guide to naturalization, you can file 90 days before you complete 5 years.
 
Q2-If you're an adult then no need to fill that part.
Q3-You can put the 0 in front or you can ignore it. It really doesn't make any difference. On my application I kept the 0, but it's not written on the Naturalization Certificate. It's not a biggie..
 
If you cannot even fill out the form, you are not ready to file.

What should I read/study to get myself ready ? Plz suggest .

I see lot of people saying that they wrote mistakes on N-400 form, so am double checking. I don't want to crib on the forum, after the fact.

Also, my wife is in India and has never visited USA till date, so what should I answer for

Q) Spouse's Immigration status ?

Should I put : Non-resident alien or just non-resident.
