Did you check with your lawyer??.. I\'m pretty sure your case should have gone to DOL if your case is RIR.. Try to send email to DOL with your employer tax id or phone number..

Labor Cert in Missouri and Kansas

Hi all, I just want to tell you that these two states have very looong waiting times it seems. I applied for my labor cert in Kansas in Oct 97 and it wasnt until April 98 that the SESA wanted a correction on my app (correct salary for 1998). My lawyer sent it back only to have it sit another 9 months in Topeka. I was finally able to advertise my position in July 99.

As a side note, I accidentally called the Missouri SESA and I got a chance to speak with the rudest and most beligerant person alive. If you can help it, don't call those bozos.

you have more luck than others,can you give more details like for job category when actually it is filed.

Since I am new for Gc processing, can you tell me what is the meaning of
MO SWA RD: Jan. 2002

is that your case filed on that date at MO or something different.

What I posted are RIR cases and non-it jobs (transportation sector).
actually I did not have any info from SWA, but got the case # by trying AVM at chicago DOL with our firm tel#. So I suggust you guy try the AVM.

I guess the processing time really depends on the job category

MO SESA is 03/08/2002
DOL-Chicago is 06/18/2002 under EB2/RIR

Waiting for final approval.

I think your should be approved in next two week or so from Chicago DOL.

EB2/RIR in MO

My employer filed my Labor Certification in MO under EB2/RIR two months ago, did anybody file his case around the same time? Please respond.
 
Missouri SESA is currently working on Oct'01 cases. Timeline over here is around 11 months.
 
processing time

How come RAGHUC's case was approved from state and it seems like that case was filed in March, 2002 in MO under EB2/RIR? Did I understand wrong? Any thoughts?

Hi all,

My LC has been certified yesterday, now I am entering into second and final as we have concurrent filing, meet you all in another lap
 
DOES MISSOURI LABOUR GIVES ANY CASE NUMBER?

Three months before, my lawyer told they filed Labour in missouri state. I asked the case number, they say the missouri state won't give any case number???

IS THAT IS TRUE??? OR THE LAWYER IS FOOLING ???

It's true. the case is given by Chicago DOL. perhaps you can check
AVM of DOL to figure out your case#.
