My attorney notified this afternoon(7/7) my LC has been approved in chicago.

My LC has notice date of 5/22/02 and moved to Chicago in April, 03.

what about Karapra's Case?

Did anybody get LC cleared whose PD was in 8/02 (RIR)?. My PD is 8/25/02(RIR). Hoping to get LC cleared in next few weeks.

Any new LC approvals from MI SESA?? The last one which we heard was around 25th aug 2002 date.

SReddy - What happend to your LC movement to Federal labor dept at Chicago?? Did it moved from MI to chicago.

I spoke to the attorney last week, he said MDCD is still processing the case and hasn't been moved to Chicago yet, still waiting :(

Case number

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me what is a case num.
my LC is filed in MI and PD is 9/9/2002 and my lawyer has given a number which is 2****. Is this the case num?.
Is MI case number same as Chicago Federal Case num?.
Can i check my status using this case number prefixing 054 to it?

When was your case moved from MI to Chicago DOL? . My understanding is that a file #/Case # is established at this time which can be used to check the status at Chcago DOL.

My PD is also 9/9/02 but I have not heard anything from my lawyer yet

i haven't heard anything from my lawyer (PD 9/9/02).my lawyer had given me when the LC was filed a num i wanted to know whether that is the case num.

I would suggest check the Chicago DOL thread, if you haven't done so already. Or you can call this number 312-353-1059 and select permanent applications and input your case number and see what it says. Hope this helps.

Transferred to DOL

I came to know today that my case have moved to Chicago DOL

SESA PD: 9/9/02
Sent to Chocago DOL: 7/17/03
Noticification Reveived by Lawyer: 7/22/03

RIR/EB2, no RFE/NOF etc.
