Filed I140, I485, EAD & AP concurrently at NSC. Are I485, EAD and AP approved only after I140 is approved?
 
I saw the may/june filers thread and thought i should include mine. Thanks for starting seperate thread for may/june 07 filers. Here is my details :

Priority date : Nov 2000 EB2
485 Applied Date : May 27th, 2007 at TSC
Receipt date : May 30th, 2007
FP Code 3 done on Jun 23rd
AP, EAD applied/receipt date : jun 13th for myself and wife
FP 2 for EAD done on Jul 5th for myself/wife.

Today Jul 13th i received e-mail that my wife's EAD got approved. USCIS e-mail says " Please allow 30 days for production of new card".

Anybody can review and make comments on my case. I appreciate your inputs.

So you got a second FP notice for your EAD soon after your I-485 FP!

That is pretty interesting, to say the least!!

You did 2 separate Fingerprints for 485 and EAD? I thought they could use the FPs taken for 485. I just completed my FPs for 485. I have applied for EAD, Does that mean I will be asked to do FPs again??

Here are my details , I have not received FP notice yet , I guess most of the people with RD around first week of June have received thier FP notices.

140 approved - 10/2006 from TSC
485,131,765 RD-6/04/2007 at TSC, notices received - 06/07/2007
CA, EB2
Wife's case returned due to some error,send it again & received on 06/17/2007 as per Fedex
Wife's case RD- 7/10/2007

LUD in my case - I131 - 7/10/07
LUD in my case - 1131,485,765, - 7/11/07
LUD in spouse's case - I131-7/11/07

I have a question for you. My wife and kids' applications were returned to attorney on July 5 and the attorney returned all the three application sets with the missing documents to TSC the same day and I am hoping TSC received the packets on July 6, 2007.

Do you think they will accepted and issued a SRC numbers soon? The IO said I should wait till the end of the month to get receipt numbers.
