This forum is stricktly for May - June'07 Fillers - Approvals(AP, EAD, FP notices) and LUDs only!

Pardon me to create this new thread..I know there are several forms for June-2007 Fillers. Its hard to read thru forums to locate the approvals, and figure out the trends....Also, trackitt doesnt have that many cases....

Thought I will start this thread So, we can keep track the USCIS trend (at least we could try:) )

Please when you post your cases details... include as much as information. So, others wont have to bug with you needing info....Thanks!

We could include, not limited to...

PD - Priority date
RC - Reciept date
ND - Notice Date..
LUD - Last Update

Any approvals...etc

Received receipt notices on June 21, 2007
FP appointment - July 11, 2007
AP LUDs 07/02 and 07/03

Message on 7/11 - Approval notice sent
FP done on 7/11
485 LUDs for both self and spouse: 6/16, 7/12

That was really quick .. considering the time you waited from 2001.
One question: Is there a realtion between FP and AP - can we get AP approval even without FP?

Another observation is TSC may be going with priority date instead of receipt date..

I don't think there is any relation between FP and AP. It could just be a coincidence that AP got approved on the same day as FP.

Virat's AP got approved on June 26, while FP was on Jul 11.
 
This is what I see online, but I do not think there is anything special about it, it probably only reflects that data entry is finished in 6/7. Even my I485 had LUD of 6/7 till FP is done.
All the LUDs I have so far (since I started tracking)
I485: 6/7, 7/5 (FP date), 7/6
AP: 6/7, 7/2, 7/3, 7/11,7/12 (AD)
EAD: 6/7 - thats it.

Those who got approved.....

Congrats on those who got Advance Parole (AP) approved

Can you please also let us know when you get the actual AP (paper copy) approvals?

So we can know the time lapse from the actual (online) approval
 
FP update

Did my FP today in Alexandria, VA.... got a LUD... My AP has been approved, no approval copy yet. Does it come to me or attorney?? No movement on EAD till now...
