My spouse's EAD has come through.Email says that card has been mailed.

AP approval

I hope my husband gets his AP approval soon. A lot of people who filed in June have their AP approved. It seems to be related to FP date- like within 1 month of it. We have to travel to Turkey in Sept and are eagerly waiting for his AP. Just to be on the safe side, we also booked an appointment at the Ottawa embassy for H1 stamp thru nvars, just in case AP doesn't arrive in time.

Got 2 mails from CRIS :D :D , for my and my wife's EAD cases. Card Production ordered. More details in signature. Now fingers crossed for NC and 485.
 
No Fp Yet

My Beneficiaries Get Fp's But I Don't. I Called 1-800 Several Times But They Saying To Wait. I Don't Know How To Find Out Abot My Fp. Anyone Have Any Idea?

485 Applied Date : May 27th, 2007 at TSC
Receipt date : May 30th, 2007
FP Code 3 done on Jun 23rd
AP, EAD applied/receipt date : jun 13th for myself and wife.
FP 2 for EAD done on Jul 5th for myself/wife.
EAD Appr for spouse on Jul 12th.

Today i had infopass appt and IO told "let us look at ugly part - name check" and found that spouse name check was cleared on Jun 22nd itself. Mine(primary) still pending.

I have few questions for experts/Gurus. Any answer would be helpful.

whether FBI clears name check for family first and then primary?.

She told me that Visa no's are available for India except Unskilled category but per july bulletin it is "U". ????????

If i am lucky enough to have my name check cleared next month will i get my GC based on oldest Priority date? or i need to wait per processing time?

Whether spouse will get GC first or After me or together?.

How FBI cleared spouse name check fast?

I know that it is tooo many questions. But Gurus Please post some comments.

No EAD approval yet

Hi all,

I and my wife applied for I-485 and EAD for my wife back in June, 07.
We never got any LUD on my wife's EAD but we got several LUDs on our I-485. Most of you already got EAD approval and we have not received any LUD on my wife's EAD.
It has been more than 45 days by now.
Any idea why my spouce EAD has not approved yet.
Our details are;

EB-3-WORLD @ TSC
PD: July 2004
I-140: approved back in Jan. 2007
i-485/i-765: RD June 6, 2007
1st FP (CODE 3): July 5, 2007 (given)
FP is fine according to FBI & USCIS
Name check is cleared according to TSC IO, i was told everything is clear twice (not sure for 100%, will find out w/ Info pass this week)
LUDs on i-485: 7/5, 7/6, 7/10, 7/26
LUDs on i-765: nothing
 
EAD Card Ordered

Got the "Card production" email yesterday (8/01 , 10.30 PM). nothing for my spouse yet:rolleyes: . Can everybody please mention their processing centers this will help to know better. Cos all the action is in TSC usually.

I remember you from the labor forums...

I keep whining that i have a pd of Jan 2003 and look at you...
with a PD of 2001 u DESERVE to get out of here way fast man!!

Thanks BarneySha. Yes had a kind of long labor. Hence the name;) . Been in the wrong centers always. 245(i), NJ, PBEC and now it is NSC:cool: .

i was thinking the very same thing this am...
first CT state which was b'loged to 99 for TR cases,....
then P-BEC.....
and now NSC!

man talk about picking losers huh!!!!!
