I-140 filled, not received receipt

Hi,

Filled I-140 on 24 April but not received Reciept. Did you got your reciept? What can be do to make sure INS received the case?

from AVM I heard the RD of my case is May 7.
Should I also get the ND from AVM?

Case #

The case number is comprised of the following:

EAC-02-177-5XXXXX

02 == Year
177 == # of Calendar days from INS fiscal year ( which I think begins on NOV 1 )
5XXXX == Application # ??

RD: is the date your Application arrives at VSC
ND: is the date your Application is keyed into the system.

RD should be printed on the receipt Notice, and ND is the date when your call VSC AVM using the EAC#, the receive date per the AVM.

as of now i dont see any approvals for today .let us see how many of them get their 140\'s approved b\'fore v go to june.goodluck guys!!!
