I got RFE on 04/25/02 and my lawyer replied to it on the same day.

Same here, haven\'t heard anything from then, it is almost a month
 
I guess we three are in same boat. Nothing else we could do, except

to keep our finger crossed. Hope the DOL will show some mercy on us and clear our cases ASAP
 
I got an RFE for Wage on 05/09/02

I was told that I too got a RFE on wage on 05/09/02 and the reply was sent immediately. Looks like there are many of us in the same boat.

did you take up from cube the job to update the board. If so thanks a ton for it. Also could you provide any updates for the past few days.

Hey, I did not take up the GREAT JOB that Master Cube\'s was doing. But since there were no updates for some time I took a hack to it. I prefer that Cube continues since I\'m very busy and travel often.

But if Cube wants to take a break, I can post a "Weekly report" on Fridays covering the whole week.

Cube, are you still around? Let me know what you think.

Im with you guys,

Don\'t know what happened to everybody. Hopefully, our friend Cube got entered into DOL, or is on vacation. But I do want to keep the thread alive, even among ourselves. So at least we can talk openly about our love-hate relationship with MA SESA.

thanks for keeping the spirit alive. i know how to check my case but i still think this is a better place to share you bad and good days.

anyways as far the love-hate relationship with MA SESA it has been a hate relationship till now.

Region1-Overview

Folks:
This is a very rudimentary overview...I\'ll let the experts handle the detailed analysis.
It seems to me from looking at various posts on this website, that
1. MA SESA is taking about 1 year to move the cases to DOL
2. Boston DOL has picked up pace and is adjudicating cases in 1-2
   months!
3. I-140 cases at Vermont Service center are taking about 5-6 months
