any body can guess about this?

hello,
LC filed in regular in March\'02. Can somebody input the probable time frame it takes to get it done by MA SESA and BOSTON DOL. Based upon your feed back I will take a decission to move to some other state. I only have 1 and half year left on my H-1b.

Thanks guys in advance and I really appreciate your estimated time frames.

Processing Dates which are showing at different sites are Priority Dates or DOL receiving Dates ?

I can say it takes more than a year from PD to RD ....

Because my SESA is still not clear after 13 months. PD 05/10/2001.

Pace of Case

Good to know that your case moved on to the next level. Looks like the Pace of your case is finally picking up

I too have a RFE. I will also try to contact my company and see if they tell me something similar.

Can\'t say the same thing about this forum though. Where is Cube?. Without him, things are very quiet.

The PD you submitted is a day in the future, so I will assume your true PD is Nov2001.
If SESA continues at this pace (now processing Sep) you probably need 1 more month to get SESA aproval and 2 month to get you case entered in DOL database.

From PD to RD most cases take anywhere between 8month and a year
