FP Notice got second time

FP notice got second time.......

I got FP notice second time on Friday.... scheduled for 06/23....
I already gone for FP....on 5/15.....

My I 485 status says.....


On May 20, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Is it by mistake they sent once again.... ? Or some thing gone wrong in earlier FP...

Did it Happend to any one..... Pl let me know.....

I got the same thing, other 2 people on 'Feb 140/485/765 concurrent filing' thread said the same thing, it all happened for FPs done in May and the new appts are all around 06/20. I'd like to hear if any more people are getting the same thing.

Did you find out from your attorney about what to do, or did you called 1-800 number on the FP notice to find out why they sent twice.....

Or we need to just attend second time......what you think?

Second FP Notice/EAD Card?

Second FP Notice

Lately, I see that many of us are receiving the second FP notice.
Both myself and my wife received the second FP notice last week. Checked with my lawyer and was advised that we should go again on 6/13. :confused:
Has any one received their EAD card yet? 5/20 approval. Wonder how long it's going to take after it has been approved!
The Good News - Inspite of the second FP notice, AP and EAD are being processed and mailed. :)

I checked with my lawyer,He said it is better to appear
for FP again.

DON'T MESS WITH BCIS

Just now I got Mail from My attorney..... He says better to attend second time also.....He says don't take any Chances......

So I am planing to attend on scheduled date ... 06/23...

My EAD got approved on 05/21.....Still waiting for Card..... May be in this week.....

Status says for EAD,

On May23rd, after approving your application, we ordered a new card.


How long does it take to get a card after approval. Any guesses...

What's next? - Waiting for the EAD in the mail!

My wife and I received 2nd notice too. By contacting HR, I was advised that it was their system error and the 2nd notice could be ignored.

If I hear anything different later, I will update.
