FP/ 140 Updates

Folks.. I have posted my information which was pending for long..

One of my friends 140 was approved recently August10th (MD Oct 2002).. So we have a long way to go still...

According to my lawyer, BCIS is holding all the FP notice for people who applied in/after April 2003. They are anticipating 485 to take much longer and they don't want to issue another FP after 15 months again.

When can we change employer.

When can we change employer during our concurrent filing..
Is it only after 140 Approval? or right after getting the EAD?

Also this is the status i got from Imigration.com on 140 dates :

I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E11 06.03.2002
I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E12 06.06.2002

Which one if Eb1 / Eb2 and Eb3.. I got so confused? Any idea..

BY the way EaGER4GC did you get any RFE's on your approval ?

Is it possible for you to post the first few digits of the EAC number
of your friend who got his I-140 approved (and the category: ie EB1, EB2 etc)

(better still would be if this info could be entered in the OCt/Nov
thread, but then I won't impose on you! :)

Hi Anindya_72,

I got a RFE on my experiance letters and i had to wait about 1 and 1/2 months after the reply of RFE to get the approval.

When was your LC approved?

I got delayed coz of NOF for missing Ad.....What was problem with your case?

Its HARRISBURG SESA, & PHILLY DOL both are in same month, I remember you are also from harrisburg SESA, My LC was approved on jan 2003, No RFE!

Yes my LC was also Harrisburg SESA, Philly DOL.

Also, two of my buddy applied same time at Harrisburg (LC approved in Oct 2002) and they already got their I-140 approved. One had ND of 12/2002 and second one with ND 01/2003 for I-140.
 
hi fellow Harrisburg LCs..

My labor also got approved on March 2nd after getting NOF in January. I remember you both from that forum.

I was able to get the filing done only in April. It appears that every day counts now. I plan to apply for EAD renewal in January hoping that it would trigger I140 approval.

Did you file your EAD renew recently?

MY 140 was approved on 02/09/04.
