LUD CHANGED today??????

the LUD for my 140 hasn't changed.. just 485 on 10/27.. has your 140 date changed as well within the last couple of days? I think it has for some people..

After going through most of the discussion threads, the approval rating seems to be highly advantageous for folks with master's\advanced degree. Most of recent EB3 approved has master's degree as they claimed on thread. Can someone also validate this theory?

Folks, whose I-140 LUD's changed in the recent weeks, can you please confirm whether do you have master's?

thanks!

It's not a mass update

I suspect that before releasing the next JIT report, they are doing some
mass updates. Hope for mass approvals :)

Do not worry.

I do not get any LUD from 11/1-11/3
although I did for true mass update on 10/27.

I think you two ,dasbabu and ss123, will get approval by tomorrow.

Congrat in advance.

I don't have masters.. Mine is eb3. LUD changed on 11/2 and 11/3.

ss1123 - Advance congrats, I saw your posting on LUD change some where!

j1m - I guess you too, if you don't mind can you shed brief details on your LC requirements like degree with 2 years or degree with 5 years etc.. no need of tech skills. thanks!

People that have a masters degree prior to filling labor would probably file under EB2. I have a master's but I got it after filling labor, so I'm in the EB3 category... I don't think it matters if you have a master's or not; just the category maters.

mesbah

for I140 EB2/Eb3 category, your qualification doesn't matter at all. Its depends upon column no 15 in your labor certification application, if it is BS+5 or more then you are eligible for EB2 in I140 on the otherside, if it is BS or MS (0-3) then you will consider in EB3 category, either you have master or Ph.D so always check your column no 15 for I140.

Thanks

 MS is considered as EB2, isn't it?
I dont think it has anything to do with the candidate's qualifications. The EB category is determined based on the requirement for the position the candidate is applying for. So if someone with a phd holds a position that requires a BS then he is assigned EB3. At least that is what my lawyer told me.

Let me rephrase my question.

If on your laber certificate application requires MS degree, even for 0 years experience, your case belongs to EB2. Doesn't it?

Your situation is quite similar to mine in terms of the RDs, although I am about 2 weeks ahead of you in each case. I got the same changes as you for both I140 and 485. How interesting.

But I haven't done by FP, which is very annoying to me.

Dasbabu, the same here. My I140 LUD changed yesterday 11/2 and now to 11/3. No change for 485 LUD (at 10/27), or the message.
