AP = Advance Parole : AD = Approval date : Cat. = Category EB2 etc.,

Hi Guys,
       Today when I went to my bank web site, I saw my check has been cashed..Cashed date 04/02/02. Looks like every thing went fine in my case. Hoping I will be geeting my Notice date soon from my lawyer.

I called my lawer

I called my lawyer he got Notice.
I told him to send me a copy, so I do not have dates yet I will have them in few days.

It looks like ND is before the check is cashed. I think general time to get Notice is around 1 month with ND being 20 days.

pro and con to postpone EAC and AP

I still have one year on my current H1B visa. I am not planning to go abroad. I am thinking of postpone to apply my EAC and AP for, say, 6 months. Can some one give me some suggestion about what is best for me? Thanks in advance.
