Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

Please add me to the tracker. See my signature for case details. BTW, TSC received my package on June 6th 2007 and the checks hasnt been cleared. Will update once I receive my receipt notices.

I have a question, my case was sent to NSC and lets say NSC doesn't open our I485 packages by end of June. What if in July visa dates go back.
Do you guys think we are safe??

Why are you so negative. There are few people from NSC already got the receipts. It could be hardly 4-5 days difference in my view. THe delay could be only one week max. Do not worry much.

Please add me! I posted on the EB3 specific thread, but may as well post here too. My dates are in my siggie.

I am EB3, rest of world, RIR, FL.

Still waiting for the receipt. My I-485 was mailed on June 5, 2007 to NSC. I-140 was approved at TSC so I guess the I-485 will be transferred there.
 
If the dates move back and they did not open the File or stamp the receipt date. Then the package will be sent back to lawyer saying..file when you get the priority date.This happend to me in 2005. Do guys think that only these couple of people applied till now after June 1 st. Do any guys have any count
etc..

I think we should be expecting receipt notices followed by checks cashing sometime this week or next week.
(Keep your fingers crossed folks). Next could be Finger printing notices in about a month or 2. followed by
probably EAD, AP approvals. Assuming all goes smooth without the dreaded namecheck problems or RFEs, ppl
should expect green cards as long as they dont run out of numbers. So good luck folks.

The list already seems very big and hard to maintain. Data entry ain't easy. So ppl please keep your information
updated. Next week there will be new columns added. FP, #of dependents, EAD, AP, etc. Please feel free to
suggest what else needs to be tracked. Also EB3 folks have not been included since there is a separate thread
altogether for EB3 in this very forum.

If VISA dates retrogress in July, nothing we could do but cross our fingers and wait/pray for our PDs to be current again. In the mean time, hopefully our applications will cross all the hurdles any RFEs etc and win over the demons such as name check etc...

I want to join this forum. My Details are as follows :

Pd : April 2003
140 : Approved
Applied for 485, Ead and Ap : Lawyer was supposed to apply on the 4th. No confirmation yet. Inspired by all the people before me on this forum and wishing everybody all the best!!

Can anyone please tell me what does LUD online mean???
 
485/AP/EAD Receipts details

I got the original receipts for me and my wife. For all the apps RD is June 1st and ND is June 5th. FYI, My PD got current under EB2 category.

PD: Jan 15,2007 ( Ported priority date from EB3 to EB2 successfully)
I-140 approved
filed I-485 and EAD on June 11, 2007

My 140 was approved at TSC and I mailed my 485 packaged on 5/31 to NSC. It reached NSC on 6/1. My check was just cashed on 6/12. Receipt number is SRC. Online status shows TSC recived my package on 6/8 with LUD 6/12.
