My guess is that they might have skipped or forgot to process (Wild guess with frustration) the EAD cases received between June 12/13 to June 18. Because there are not many folks reporting either in this forum or trackitt.com about their approvals in the above mentioned date ranges.

I did called and they said it is in process and suggested to make info pass, as per CSR my NC is still pending. going on monday for info pass. they do look Notice Date instead of receipt date as thats the date they where mentioning.
but still it is over 90 days.

anybody who did efiling of EAD. I think efiling cases go to Missouri center. Even after I got my AP approval ( couple of weeks back), there is no LUD. I dont think Missouri Center is at all connected to the update system. Btw all case numbers starting with MSC are in Missouri center.
 
I went to infopass for my EAD status, at that time IO said that, mine stuck at NC.

I took appointment for interim EAD, but no more they are giving interim EADs, and EAD is independent on NC. But, I just asked for information, then IO said, my 485 got stuck because of NC.

When you mean that you went for EAD status and they informed NC is stuck.

EAD Approval is dependant on IBIS Name Check?

well, my RD is 06/07/07 and I am still waiting for the EAD approval. Went to infopass last week and I was told my EAD is pending due to "security clearance". I am guessing the security clearance that they are waiting for might have to do with IBIS Name Check as it cannot be FBI Name Check or Fingerprints.

I don't think EAD is related with Name Check or Finger prints.
If you check trackitt, you will see people stuck in the Name Check but have EAD approved. (Some of them renew EAD more than one times because Name Check takes more than year of time).

EAD Cleared

Hi ,
I got the welcome email today from CRIS saying my EAD is cleared and the cards have been ordered.
My details.
PD : July 03
RD : 06/18/07
NSC
FP : 07/24
EB2 - India


Looks like NSC is finally clearing June filing.
No LUD on AP so far. Any idea how long does it take to get AP after EAD . I know they are not related but any trend that someone is aware of?
 
EAD approved for both of us

Finally - our EAD are approved for myself and spouse. Received emails from CRIS late evening today and status shows card production ordered. I dont know if my argument with NSC rep. this afternoon triggered anything or it may be a sheer coincidence as she said it is already with the officer for review.

EAD is useful mainly for spouses. My EAD is sitting somewhere in the closet gathering dust because I am the primary applicant.

Only 6 months after the I-485 notice date, I can think of using my EAD and AC21. That is somewhere in Feb, 08.

Maybe you confused it with the I-485 "Welcome Notice mailed" e-mail

I hear that it is taking between 7-10 after EAD for an AP...but who knows they may fly-in additional officers for AP as well, just as they did it for the EAD's at NSC

I guess naveed74 mentioned IBIS Name Check which are internal DHS checks. (Interagency Border Inspection System Name Check). Note that every case has to undergo this; even for I-765 EAD.

This is different than the well-known FBI NC's

When I said Welcome mail, I did not mean that the mail had a welcome message. What I meant was that the mail was welcome as it has been four months since any good news.

I ALSO DIDN'T GET MY FP YET. MY DERIVATIVES ALREADY GET IT IN JULY. EVERY TIME I AM CALLING THEY GIVING ME DIFFERENT ANSWERS. ALSO MY NC IS NOT CLEAR. I AM GOING FOR INFO PASS NEXT WEEK. I HOPE THIS HELP. DID YOU TRIED TO CALL TSC?

EAD approved for spouse, mine still pending i am primary. did info pass after talking to CSR on friday and evening got one approved. not sure if some thing to do with inquiring about case gets their attention.

Now have to cancel infopass apointment for spouse and i am very happy to do that.

I called TSC and they told me that it is the local office which schedules the FP depending on the traffic. I wonder who is right and who is wrong.. guess dont ve any choice but to wait.. itz a thrill to open the mailbox everyday and hope the notice is right there !!!! .. :(
