Try to call their 800 number of take an Infopass if you can. My wife first called the 800 number and the customer service rep was of no help. He would not let my wife talk to IO. In fact, he said a) wait 30 days...when that answer did not satisfy my wife, he said, b) if there is something wrong with the finger prints, we will send you a mail in 3 months!

So we have taken an infopass for tomorrow. Will update the results of that appointment later tomorrow. Hope the IO at Infopass will be more informative about her FP status. We shall see.

Sorry to hear about that.
If you could try to go to an Infopass appt., it could help in the sense that at least you will get to speak with an IO.

After the 07/02/2007 fiasco with the visa numbers and USCIS going back and forth on the dates, USCIS has probably changed the tactics. They might still have some visa number availaible (mind you, its might), but they don't want to put them on the bulletin. Doing so would trigger the filing of cases for people who have not filed so far. Already USCIS centers are overloaded with so much of work with so many cases that got filed until 08/17.

By moving the dates as far back as 2001, USCIS can limit the no. of cases that could potential get filed, which in my opinion they are next to nothing.

It might be safe to say then that, USCIS would still approve 485 cases filed on or around June 2007 (given the fact that the June filers have priority date going back to 2002, like mine).

If the above assumptions are true and which I hope they are, some of very early June filers would still approval tricking down.

If you look at the www.trackitt.com, there are some approvals for those filed in June even though their visa numbers were unavailable for the month. We should still be hopeful.

I got an lud against my 765 and 131 on 9/11 and again today with the same message that card production ordered.

Question : Does this mean that they mailed it out today.

Please confirm and thanks for all your help.
 
Card Production Ordered is for 485, or for 765?
Either ways, it means that they have ordered the production of the card, and in a couple of days you will receive another update saying that the approval notice is sent. This is when they will mail it, within a few days after that, you will get the mail in hand.

Card production is for 765 though I really wish it was for 485. Anyways the thing is that they sent the same e/mail twice once yesterday and once today so should I assume that they have forwarded the card to me today.

My fellow Immigration guru's - I'm getting a little worried. Here is my case:

EB-2 India

Labor Priority Date - 08/29/03 (Substituted in July,2006) Curent per October, 2007 bulletin
1-140 Approval Date - 02/27/07
1-485, AP and EAD filed - 06/01/07 (NSC , transferred to TSC)
1-485, AP and EAD receipt dates - 06/08/07 (TSC)
Finger Printing : 06/28/07
AP received: 08/02/07
EAD Card received: 08/02/07

1-485 LUD : 07/03/07

No LUD's after Finger Printing. Any suggestions what I could do would be appreciated.
 
If you are lucky you will be able to speak with an IO who may tell you about it, else Infopass is probably a better option.
Getting a GC is the best indication that your name check is clear. I hope it happens sooner than later for all of us who have been waiting for several years now for that one lucky day.

Your I-140 is approved from TSC or NSC when you filed it under PP?
 
hmmmmm EB3 485 approvals inspite of the priority date for EB3-INDIA to be APR2001 and no visa numbers available? Any guesses. I hope this continues....

Hi Guys

We had our FP done today morning and saw LUD on both 485’s. Also got an email on AP saying ‘Document mailed to applicant’. Hope this means approval notice. Please see below for details.
