Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

I have a question for EB friends on these forums. My wife and kids' applications were returned to attorney on July 5 and the attorney returned all the three application sets with the missing documents to TSC the same day and I am hoping TSC received the packets on July 6, 2007.

Do you think they will be accepted and issued SRC numbers soon? The IO said I should wait till the end of the month to get receipt numbers.

Meanwhile, I have FP code 3 today and the date for that is 08/03 and I am hoping my wife and kids' applications are accepted by then. Why would the USCIS want to send me for FP now and send my dependents later?

Further, what is so special about FP Code 3 compared to code 1 and code 2?

can an one explain the LUD on I-485

Hi,

My receipt date is 06/14 and ND is 06/23. I did not received FP notice yet. Case with NSC(LIN-XXXX). I saw a LUD on 06/30. Can any one guess what for the LUD on 06/30. Is it for Name check??

May be for your FP notice. For me there was a LUD on 11 July and on the same date FP notice was issued.

Did you see any LUD change online berofr you received FP notice.
My LUD has not changed since I filed stays as 07/07/07

My RD is 6.12 and notice date is 6.26.
I see my LUD is 6.30.07 but I haven't received any FP notices yet.
What was this LUD for?
Do you guys think, its a good idea to go for FP without the appointment notice?

No - you cant go with out FP notice.
 
Fp

My ND was July 05, 2007. I have a LUD on July 06, 2007. The FP notice issue date was July 11, 2007. FP date is July 26, 2007. No LUD's after July 06, 2007.

I think it depends on your local Immigration office, how busy they are. After 30 days of notice date you can call and ask for a service request. Thats what i did.

I called USCIS yesterday again, finally got my info in their system and the IO gave my reciept numbers... :)

Mailed to NSC on 06/14/2007 and reached on 06/15/2007

ND 07/15/2007

Moved to TSC.

I guess now they are sending receipts for applications sent around 06/15/2007.
 
Got Receipts by calling USCIS

Application sent on June 14th
Received at Nebraska on June 15th
Application enterd into systems on July 13th
No receipts mailed yet.
USCIS customer person was nice and gave me all three receipts for 485,AP and EAD.

Your LUD probably was for the check that was encashed.

You will probably get your FP soon.
