I have sent email for Name check in Sep 04 and I got reply in the last week of October 04. And also I came to know that now FBI is only accepting Email requests and they are now processing Oct First week requests.

So you should be hearing from them soon. And it looks like your case has already been assigned to the IIO and you should be hearing something soon. I think since you have already applied for EAD renewal, I am sure that will make the IIO work on your cases. Good Luck!

Really A sweet day for me! my case has been apprvoed. Details are below. Yes!!! it is a great journey with bad and good feelings!!!

After seeing your approval just after applying your Third EAD, I am very eager to now apply EAD renewal and hope for the best.

You should actually call INS and try to cancel the EAD renewal so atleast that way you will get your Money back. Just ask your lawyer immediately and see what he has to say.

I Contacted the lawyer about that. she is going to take care of for me!!!!. Yep i would also suggest you better start ur 3EAD. Still strong feeling your approval is around corner!!!

I have stopped wondering about my I-485 approval. It seems like ages since my FP2 and my EAD3 approval. I am nearing my 2 year anniversary

Your FP date is same as mine and I have filled my application in Dec 2002.

Did you try to find out what is your Name Check Status ?

No,i didn't.But my online message has changed once after FP2 and LUD changed couple of times.So, i assume necessary background check must have been done after FP2.

Significance of primary & derivative LUD changing same day

Folks

How significant are LUD changes, for the 1st time I am seeing mine and my spouses LUD change after the mass update on 10/27

Mine is: 10/27/04, 12/06/04 (we responded to your request for more info....), 01/11/05 (no change in msg), 01/12/05 (no change in msg)

Derivative (Spouse): 10/27/04, 01/11/05 (no change in msg)

Does this mean my case is atleast being touched?

In My case also we seen LUD change on 1/11, 1/12 on both mine and my wife's application.

Hoping some thing good will come out of this

I never received any letter from them even though the status had changed to " we responded to your query....."

Not sure if it is some automatic software query or something.

I am not sure when some movement will happen!

Absolute No. I haven't heard anything yet, but I came to know from my congressman that our cases are pending because of Name Check pending with FBI.

BTW. Did you check your Name Check Status with FBI ? Not to scare you but, your dates are exactly same as ours including LUD and my name was never requested by USCIS and now they are saying that till the name check is cleared, they cannot approve our applications!

Only GOD should help us now!!!!
