Last updated date changed for Jan '03 case

Status Update

Hello all,

I also noticed the status update for I-485 application too. Apparently, they updated my status from FP1 sent to FP1 received on 2/5/2003. I also received the same in e-mail. All these days they didn't update my FP status. From this, I would guess- they are going through all these cases for sending FP2.

AR-11 does not update your address on your pending applications. It only fulfills the legal requirement that you inform USCIS about your address. USPS will not forward your mail from USCIS from your old address to the new one. Please call NCSC to have your mailing address updated on your pending applications as well.

I have already called NCSC and updated the address via Phone.

I am still kind of not sure whether NCSC has really updated my address on my file. Can I call NCSC again to make sure that they have the right address ? Or I should write them a letter ? Please let me know your thoughts.

Keep updating any changes

Hello folks,

CIS is going thru those files or something. Some one from my ND 1/25/03 (EAC-03-087) got approved on 6/8/04. LUD for that lucky person is 6/9/04 and EAC is EAC0308753686

May be our names are not cleared yet. May be we will get FP2.

VSC.....please do something, Don't just touch and let them gather dust again :D

last updated date for our cases have changed to 06/14/2004 from march 2003. No change in status.

Last Updated Date Changed for us too !!!

Our Last Updated Date changed from 2/13/2003 to 6/14/2004 but the message is the same. I am not sure what is going on. :confused: :confused: :confused:

LUD changed to 6/15/04 today, for 5 cases that I have added randomly to my portfolio All these case are from EAC-03-087. Don't know if there is any change in status, I exceeded my 250 case limit for today(scanning EAC0387 :p ). Will check tomorrowto see if there is any change in status.
 
Any status changed after LUD.

Only KIH is approved on 6/16/04 after 6/9/04 LUD change, so far?
I see few more cases are updated with a 6/17/04. But no status changes.

It seems there will be no RFEs on financials for I-485, per today's USCIS testimony. We should all either get FP2 notices or Aprrovals, if FP1 is still valid.

Is it possible for you to put the application ids for which the LUD has changed?
For me the LUD has changed for my EAD renewal which was filed on 4/2 and the LUD changed to today i.e. 4/17.

I am also 0308753***.

It's not just for you 2003 but also 2002

Hi,

My LUD has also changed to 06/16.
We just made our FP2 on May 20.

So this issue isn't specific to 2003 guys.

Did u guys see any change in your status message after the Last Updated Date. For me and my wife Last Updated Date changed on 06/16. I am also watching few other cases in 03087 & 03088, for many LUD changed on either 14 or 16. Most of them FP1 also expired. Did any of you get ur Second FP2 Notice. Waiting for FP2 notice is really making me frustrated. Can they not implement a process to schedule FP2 immly after FP1 expired. Why does it need to take so looooong.

As the CIS online is restricted to only 250 cases, I could not do it. I'll possibly post those details tomorrow.

There are about 530 + I-485 cases with 1/25/03 ND.

I just checked status of my pending applications and saw the my AP-2 has been approved today for EAD renewal the LUD still stands at 6/17 but no news after that.

Also sairam123 what kind of update you are talking about?
